1. Agreement
By using WhaChat, you agree to these terms. If you are using WhaChat for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to create and manage that business workspace.
2. Service
WhaChat provides live chat, website widget installation, visitor intelligence, status updates, notifications, agent tools, email verification, billing receipt history, renewal notices, and dashboard features. Some features may be free, trial, Pro, or enterprise features.
3. Accounts and Workspaces
You are responsible for keeping account access secure, inviting only trusted admins or agents, and ensuring that approved domains belong to you or your client.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use WhaChat to send illegal content, abuse visitors, impersonate another business, upload harmful files, attack the service, or violate privacy or communication laws.
5. Client Data
Workspace owners are responsible for the visitor conversations, files, statuses, and business data they collect through WhaChat. You should use the platform in a way that matches your local legal requirements.
6. Plans and Billing
WhaChat may offer Free, Trial, Pro, and Enterprise services. Standard Pro pricing is currently $19 per month or $190 per year in USD. Eligible new workspaces may receive a 7-day Pro trial. Stripe displays the applicable amount and charge date before payment is confirmed.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. Client owners can use the billing portal linked from their WhaChat Account page to manage supported payment details, invoices, and cancellation. A cancellation may remain effective through the end of the already-paid billing period.
The website currency selector provides non-binding estimates from the latest available USD reference rates. Stripe Checkout displays and charges the official USD subscription price. A customer's card issuer, bank, or payment provider may use a different conversion rate or apply additional currency fees.
Pro access depends on the subscription state received from Stripe. Active subscriptions unlock eligible Pro features. Failed, unpaid, expired, or canceled subscriptions may restrict those features while preserving core account and chat data where the plan rules allow. Manual billing records remain available for authorized operational adjustments and support cases.
7. Availability
We aim to keep WhaChat reliable, but service interruptions can happen because of hosting, network, maintenance, updates, or third-party issues. Critical businesses should maintain their own backup contact methods.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated as WhaChat grows. Continued use after updates means you accept the latest terms.
